Line Cleaning
We provide cleaning of draft beer lines on a bi-weekly basis. It is important to have your lines cleaned regularly to prevent build up of beer stone, bacteria, and yeast and to provide the best tasting product to your customers.
1. We thoroughly clean and connect the keg couplers in the cooler as needed.
2. We use a mechanical pump to circulate brewery-approved alkaline chemicals throughout the draft beer lines.
3. We use an acid line cleaner that devours calcium oxalate when calcium build-ups are detected.
4. We disassemble and clean the faucets.
5. We inspect and replace any washers needed.
6. We keep an up-to-date service record on site (signed and dated at each visit).
Installation
We have been factory trained and are certified to sell, install, and service Banner, MicroMatic, Perlick, and UBC draft beer dispensing systems. We also service and sell direct-draw systems, air shaft systems, and glycol systems.
Contact our office for any of your line cleaning or installation needs.
